Our Rights
Atlas Camps Ltd. reserves the right to terminate bookings with immediate effect if children or parents do not adhere to the policies outlined within our camp policy information. Further information on our camp policies can be found on our website or in hard copy at each camp. Atlas Camps Ltd. also reserves the right to dismiss any child with one hour’s notice if they are not following policies outlined to them at camp.
Payment Policy
Atlas Camps Ltd. requests that all bookings made are paid for in full within 7 days of making your booking. This can be made via childcare vouchers, PayPal or online bank transfer. Failure to adhere to this will result in the cancellation of bookings until payment has been made. Atlas Camps Ltd. also reserves the right to collect payment for bookings made that have not been cancelled or attended.
Refund Policy
Atlas Camps Ltd. operates a tiered refund policy. Once you have made your booking, you have the right to a 100% refund for the 48 hours following making your booking. After this period, Atlas Camps Ltd. offers a 50% refund for cancelled bookings up to 48 hours before campsbegin. Within 48 hours of camps starting, no refunds will be offered. Bookings made during camps will not be subject to a refund. As the consumer, we fully recognize your right to refund if you are not satisfied with the service provided, as long as your expectations of service are in line with the description of services offered.
Late pick up / Early drop off charge
Atlas Camps Ltd. operate normally between the hours of 9am and 4pm, with the option of early drop off at 8am and latestay until 5pm. If a booking is made, it is expected that drop off and collection will be no more than 5 minutes outside of the hours booked. Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in, firstly, a verbal request to ensure it doesn’t happen again, followed by a £10 early drop off or late pick up charge for each occasion thereafter.
