What staff ratios do you use?
Ratios are planned around children's ages, the activities taking place and the spaces being used, so teams can supervise safely and support children properly throughout the day.

What happens if my child needs medication at camp?
Please bring medication in a clearly labelled container with written instructions. The more information you can give us in advance, the better we can prepare and support your child safely.

Do your staff have first aid training?
Our training approach includes first aid awareness and child safety procedures, helping teams respond calmly and appropriately when children need support.

Can you support children with additional needs?
We always encourage parents to share as much information as possible before attendance. That helps us plan, communicate with the right people, and make the experience as safe and positive as possible.
