At Atlas Camps, your child's health and wellbeing come first. If your child needs medication during their time with us, we'll make sure it's handled safely, correctly and with the utmost care.

Before we can administer any medication, parents or guardians must complete and sign an “Administering Medicines” form. This ensures we have clear permission and full details about the medicine and dosage required.

Only staff who hold Level 3 Paediatric First Aid training are permitted to administer medication.

Please note that we're unable to give medicines that require specialist medical or technical training.

All medication must be handed directly to a member of staff on arrival — children must not keep medication in their bags.

To help us keep your child safe, please:

  • Clearly label all medication with your child's name and dosage.

  • Provide written instructions on when and how it should be given.

  • Let us know about any allergies or possible side effects.

Our aim is to make sure every child who needs medication during camp is supported with care, attention and professionalism — giving you peace of mind that they're in safe hands.
