Parents have lots of perfectly reasonable questions before a first day at holiday club — from drop-off and pick-up times to medical info and SEN support. We've gathered the most common queries into one place so you can feel confident, prepared and excited for a brilliant day of activities.
At Atlas Camps, we're Ofsted-registered and run friendly, well-structured multi-activity days led by trained staff who put safety, inclusion and fun first. Below you'll find clear answers on timings, grouping friends together, what to bring, how we manage allergies and medication, and the ways we work with families to support additional needs. If anything isn't covered, our team is only ever a message away.
Timings, Drop-Off & Pick-Up
All of our holiday clubs run from 9am to 4pm as standard. However, because we understand the pressures working parents are under, we also offer flexible options. You can drop your child off from 8am with our early drop service, and collect at 5pm using our late stay option.
Grouping & Friends
We group children by activity, and all activities are fully inclusive for every age group. This means we can happily accommodate requests for siblings and friends to stay together.
What to Bring
For a truly epic and fun-filled day, your child will need a well-stocked lunchbox, a fully charged water bottle, weather-appropriate clothing, a spare set of named clothes, and sun cream and a hat for hot days.
Medical & Allergies
